I have made my own cranberry sauce for year. It is so easy I can’t even imagine using anything else. The only thing is you have to make it the day before. This ensures it has time to jell before serving. I love to use the leftover cranberry sauce, and fresh pumpkin to create my cup a cup of cobbler. You can find the recipe by clicking on the link. I call it cranberry pumpkin cobbler. It has a very holiday flavor. Be sure and add sugar and pumpkin pie spice to your pumpkin before making the cobbler. Otherwise we use this sauce on fresh homemade bread or on our turkey. I hope you enjoy this easy recipe.
